Client Responsibilities

- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Make payments according to agreed terms
- Provide necessary access to systems and platforms
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Payment Terms
- Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to change
- Payment schedules will be outlined in project agreements
- Late payments may incur additional fees

- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Termination

- Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations
Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation
- If negotiation fails, disputes may proceed to mediation
- Governing law is the jurisdiction of our primary office
- Legal proceedings must be brought in agreed jurisdiction
